Due diligence
Task: Performing of due diligence of the acquired bank.
Realization of the project: Within the framework of the project a complete independent estimate of ERP system was made, measurement of assets and liabilities, of gains and expenditures, of risks was obtained, performance evaluation, identification and examination of transactions, which do not guarantee respecting the interests of creditors and investors, were carried out.
Result of the project: Full classified information about acquiree’s business activity.
