Task: Organization of accounting of products and raw materials when transferred between subsidiaries, giving an operational analysis of business activities, perfection of activity and predetermining of accounting automation.
Realization of the project:
Within the framework of the project the circle of participants and functions being appropriate for centralisation was determined, accounting centralisation and automation was provided, budgeting system was developed and implemented.The results of the project:
- Guaranteeing of accounting transparency and decreasing the flow of documents
- Determining of reference points for monitoring of accounting process
- Adjustment of quarterly consolidated reports
