Task: Increasing the effectiveness of materials management, reduction of inventories

Realization of the project: Within the framework of the project automated materials management system on the basis of SAP products in the managing structure was implemented. In particular were automated:

Material supply system
Logistical net management system
System of orders and work with suppliers
System of contests and work with contracts

Full reporting of subscribed surplus stocks
Full reporting of material and supply flows
Effective and operative control of material supply system
