Task: Maintenance of change in remuneration system
Realization of the project: Within the framework of the project the state of personnel records management was investigated, its weakness and risks in terms of effective law violation were revealed and eliminated. The following was also developed and adopted:
- Package of personnel documentation
- Process of work on personnel records management with the new remuneration system
Results of the project: Customer’ s personnel documentation was prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Personnel records management system was adjusted with the new remuneration system.
