Developing a strategy of personnel management
Task: Developing and realization of strategy of personnel management within the frameworks of the project of business processes’ optimization and developing a strategy of Bank’s development.
Realization of the project: Within the frameworks of the project strategic directions of the development of personnel management system were revealed, business processes were investigated and optimized, key standards of the personnel efficiency were developed.
The project also included the development and implementation of the compound motivation system of personnel and coaching of the managers.
Results of the project:
- personnel management system, corresponding to the plans of the Bank’s development was developed and implemented
- efficiency of personnel management was improved due to optimization of business processes
- Compound personnel motivation system, based on the results of the evaluation of personnel’s activity and aimed at achieving strategic aims of the Bank, was developed and implemented
- Personnel management standards on the level of “the best practices” were implemented
