Legal support for establishing and operating of the government institution’s subdivision
Task: Introducing institution being established into the jurisdiction of the effective legislation, legal support for operation of the established subdivision.
Realization of the project: Within the framework of the project the analysis of the effective legislation in the sphere of the government institution’s activity was carried out, the legal status of the subdivision being established was determined and the following were developed and adopted:
- Entity’s Internal documents (internal regulations, provisions about governing authorities and structural subdivision)
- The forms of the contracts and other legal documents, used in the operation of the entity
Within the legal support of the activity the following services were fulfilled:
- Current consulting on legal issues
- Legal maintenance while developing federal laws and regulatory legal acts
- Presenting interests of the entity in the court and participation in pre-trial settlements of disputes
Results of the project:
- Legal maintaining of the activity of the institution
- Developing projects of federal laws and other regulatory legal acts
- Increasing entity operation risks
