Group Structure

The Group of Companies Energy Consulting was incorporated in 2001. Energy Consulting consists of five companies united into three divisions – Audit and Consulting, Information Technologies and Outsourcing.

Division “Information Technologies”

The division Information Technologies consists of the companies of Energy Consulting/Corporate IT Solutions, which render a complete range of services in implementing ERP-systems and support consulting, including Energy Consulting/Integration, the activity of which comprises IT-consulting, systems integration and information security. Information Technologies division also includes Energy Consulting/Tatneft – the joint venture of Energy Consulting Group and Tatneft company.

Division “Audit and Consulting”

The division Audit and Consulting includes Energy Consulting/Audit which renders audit services and support consulting, IFRS and US GAAP consulting, BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT – a leading audit and consulting company of the North-West of Russia.

The structure of the Energy Consulting Group provides a complete set of services for its customers, such as audit, consulting, implementation, support, and outsourcing. Energy Consulting’s activity is based upon its rich experience and practice, availability of any industry business solutions, integrated approaches to customer’s business-tasks.
