Efficient Search

We use the most efficient methods of searching for candidates: active search for the candidates complied with the announced requirements, formation of candidates’ groups, search in specialized databases, search in mass media (core and operating web-sites, forums, web logs, core and regional press etc.).

Multileveled estimation procedures 

Each candidate goes through a primary telephone interview and through a structured interview on the basis of different estimation procedures. At a customer’s request we can prepare a detailed report concerning any candidate, based on the feed-back from the interview.

Allied matters, advisory services for customers

We can produce solutions for all the possible matters that arise in the frame of common work such as arrangements for meetings of candidates with customers, contrastive analysis of candidates, disputable issues matters, accumulation of references concerning a candidate, and final approvals for all the issues.

  • We can help you to describe functions and to define a motivation for an ideal candidate, to present his/her profile, to estimate situation on the labor market; depending on the situation to adjust requirements for candidates.  
  • We can assist you in the preparation of written description of a job position (application form), in estimation of an adequate employee benefit on the labor market.
  • We can make a plan for efficient searching strategy (executive search, traditional recruitment, and mass-recruitment).
  • We can assist you in the final selection of the candidates according to their personal and professional capabilities.  
  • We can formulate (at a candidate’s request) a letter of offer for the final candidate.

Arrangements

As a rule, the process of successful search and personnel selection for a vacant job position takes from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the requirements. According to a customer’s will we can present the candidates as they have selected and estimated, or all the final selected candidates will be presented at the same time together upon the completion of the project.

Remuneration is discussed in each individual case. It depends on the requirements of each project. As a rule it is as follows:

  • In Moscow - from 18% to 25% of the annual income of the selected candidate
  • In Saint-Petersburg - 15% of the annual income of the selected candidate  
  • In Kazan – from 8% to 15% of the annual income of the selected candidate

  • If our selected candidate fails his/her probation period, we will replace him/her immediately, guaranteed and without extra charge.
