- Follow-up control of the compliance with established regulations and forms of documents;
- Collection of requests for amendments and changes, preparations of reports on their impact on the project implementation, registration and administration, notification of the project team about all taken decisions;
- Risk identification and assessment, keeping risk registers and risk monitoring support;
- Keeping registers of tasks and their follow-up control;
- Collection of reports, including factual information about the implementation of project tasks, costs and profit, labor costs, actual values of controlled indices;
- Consolidation of reports, preparation of project reports and submission of all required analytical data about the project implementation progress to the managers, the project team and any other interested parties;
- Analysis and forecast of the project progress;
- Preparation and implementation of working meetings for any issues related to the project implementation, keeping the minutes of the meetings, follow-up control of the taken decisions, notification of the managers about their completion.
